Photographic Gallery Wraps

July 30th, 2008 | Uncategorized

This is my new favorite product!  I do love the Coffee Table Books, but for hanging prints on your wall, you can’t beat the Photographic Gallery Wraps!  I ordered a few of these recently because I wanted some new prints of Jake and Cody to hang over our bed and I didn’t want to mess with framing.  I also ordered a square Metallic Gallery Wrap of a recent client to have as a sample and I couldn’t be more impressed with how they all turned out!  Here are some up close photos of my products…

The back is one of my favorite parts of the product…it comes completely ready to hang!  The prints of the boys are 16×20 and now that they’re up, I see that I probably could have even gone larger…like 20×24.  The print of Danielle is a 14×14.  These can be ordered as Canvas, Metallic, or Photographic wraps.  They are more expensive than ordering a regular print, but you end up saving on framing…and they are just so gorgeous and artsy hanging on your walls!

Kelly…These are so awesome! Hmmm, might need to be placing an order.

And, the wedding was great!

Okay, I didn’t realize you’d changed the blog and I was getting worried. Why, there weren’t any KHP emails in my inbox!!! I started to think maybe you were taking off August ~ of course, not…

Love the new look,
Bonnie

Maddie

July 28th, 2008 | Children

I met Maddie when she was a tiny newborn, 7 years ago.  Her mom and I were both new moms experiencing the world of diapers, formula, and sleep-less nights for the first time.  I love how the military rotates you around enough to eventually put you back into the lives of long ago friends.

Maddie’s an adorable girl with a huge personality and a deep love of horses.   I’m so glad she and her family have come back into our lives.

Oops, I almost forgot to add this one of Maddie mimicking me taking her photo.  I think she was trying to be a stinker!  :)

Jen + Jack…Atlanta Wedding

July 27th, 2008 | Engagements & Weddings, Uncategorized

Jen and I go back to the days of rowdy children, staff meetings, Literacy Coaches, EOG testing, and Accelerated Reader.  Honestly, that world is so far away from what I’m doing now, I had to Google my old elementary school to bring back the memories.  Teaching children is near and dear to my heart, but I have to say I’m happier and mentally healthier than I was during my 10 years of teaching 4th and 5th graders.  :)

Jen followed her heart and her love, Jack, away from our old stomping grounds and settled near Atlanta, where they were married Independence Day weekend.  When Jen asked me a year ago to photograph her wedding, I said no.  Actually, I probably said something more like, “No way, absolutely not…are you kidding me?!”  Well, somehow she sweet-talked me, and I’m so glad she did, because I wouldn’t have wanted to miss it for the world.

Congratulations Jen & Jack!

Parker

July 25th, 2008 | Children

You may remember Parker from his 6 month photo session last summer.  Well, he’s on his way to being a big boy now!  It’s scary how fast they grow up and change.  Makes you want to just freeze the moment and keep them there forever.  Soon he’ll be mowing the grass and asking to borrow the car…right, Wendy?  :)

Here’s Sweet Parker…

Welcome to my new blog!

July 25th, 2008 | KHP information, My boys, my loves

I’m so excited to have my new blog with large images!  Thank you to Joell at Image Garden Designs for her design and installation.  Since I need to test out how to post images, let me share one of my cute boys.
